Exfoliating Bar
This bar from Eco Warrior is a fantastically invigorating way to start the day! I like that it is soft, but with its gentle exfoliation, it really feels as if it is revitalising and cleansing my skin. It’s fragranced with citrus essential oils and blended with oatmeal, but the scent is not overpowering. I love using soap, and it’s great to have this exfoliating option. It’s free from plastic, suitable for vegans, free from palm oil and synthetic preservatives, and is also ideal for travelling. Rose Geranium Goat Milk Intensive Moisturiser
This intensive goat milk moisturiser has the wonderful light and evocative scent of rose geranium. It’s a thick balm that you just need a little of to moisturise your hands. I used it at night. It helped soften my hands, which get dry from all the jobs that having a family creates! I love the ritual of massaging in this balm before bed with its calming scent, and was pleased to see that my hands stayed softened the next day. The moisturiser is made in Wales and is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and rich in vitamins A and E. It comes in a fantastic reusable aluminium tin, which is small enough to be put in a bag for use during the day too. SF

Intensive Lip Balm
I use a lot of lip balm, so am always interested to try new ones. This lip balm is really thick and feels very moisturising. It stays on the lips without feeling sticky and is a good option for night-time when it can work its magic all night! It’s made with beeswax, hemp and calendula, so has a gentle fragrance, and is an excellent option for those who don’t like strongly flavoured or minty lip balms (like my son!). It’s a small tube, great for popping in a handbag or pocket. SF
